So this is me.

with over 18 years of experience.

The early part of my career focused on in-house retail and eCommerce. I specialised in driving revenue through strategically designed, fully responsive interfaces. Ongoing redevelopment and maintenance using UX driven data, and ensuring customer engagement through online and offline marketing campaigns.

I’ve spent a lot of years working in in this area, gaining a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing campaigns. Sometimes the things I come out with during strategy meetings surprises even me.

After a few years in the agency world, I’ve now found myself in FinTech, expanding my skill set even further, with network switches and both digital & physical product launches. My background has been a real asset in how I approach my work, always asking the WHY as well as the HOW, and I’m continually growing my understanding of UX design and research.
